Clean and spacious rooms, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. Conveniently located with easy access to bus and tube stations. Free WiFi and a great selection of shops nearby. The pub on the ground floor is fabulous.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location near public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The hotel offers parking, a pool, a gym, and room service. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodated our late arrival with a substantial meal.

The room was comfortable, with spacious and cozy beds. We were actually surprised by the cleanliness and the overall quality of the accommodation. The breakfast option was definitely a highlight, with a delicious full Irish breakfast and a wide range of choices from the continental buffet. It was great value for money, especially considering the convenience of having a supermarket right next to the hotel for any snacks or drinks we needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of fast food options and a shopping mall nearby. It was convenient to have these amenities within walking distance, making it easy to grab a quick bite or do some shopping. the room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The housekeeper, Joan, were really nice by returning some items that I had left behind, which I really appreciated.

One aspect that was disappointing was the discrepancy between the hotel's online pictures and the actual facilities. The rooms were smaller and darker than expected, and the overall quality of the facilities was sub-par.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside that took us to the city center for only £1.50. The train station was also very close by, making it convenient to explore central London. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of options. a pleasant experience.

The hotel had a noisy restaurant with awful music playing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms being super clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym and the indoor pool. The parking option was convenient and reasonably priced, a great bonus compared to other places in the city. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was a short walk to the Kilburn underground station and close to Wembley Park, where we wanted to be.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was convenient for all the services I needed, and the suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and well-furnished. The room had a great view of the busy street, but it was surprisingly soundproof, so I was able to have a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and organized. I especially loved the deep bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bath. The room service was prompt whenever I requested it, and the overall value for money was excellent.

Stayed at The Crown for 3 nights while visiting family. The location was fantastic, with a bakery shop, McDonald's, bus stop, and supermarket all within a minute's walk. The hotel itself was lovely, with a fun Irish pub and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast had plenty of options and the room was spacious and comfortable. Secure underground parking was a godsend. Good access to Wembley via nearby Jubilee Line station. 5 out of 5.

This hotel is great! It's in a convenient location with easy access to transportation. The room was clean and spacious, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. I especially appreciated the in-room ironing facilities and air conditioning during my stay. The staff, including the duty manager, were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the dining options, such as the buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area.
